David Rosenstein, Director, Producer, is a freelance filmmaker, journalist and photographer with a particular interest in human rights, economic inequality, the environment and the human condition.
His work has taken him around the world to places like Patagonia and Thai-Burma where he has sought to bring unusual stories back home.
For three years, he has been freelancing on a variety of work, with an emphasis on camera operating and sound mixing including narrative features, shorts, commercials to documentaries and has had the great pleasure to work along side of seasoned Academy Award and Emmy wining Directors and Producers.
A life long skier, adventurer and mountaineer for over 15 years, he has climbed many of the largest rock formations in North America, taking him as far as the Arctic Circle in Northern Alaska. He is the youngest Chair of the American Alpine Club, and has a degree from the University Of California Santa Cruz in Sociology with a minor in Earth Science. Additional experiences include Engineering Geology, Business Development, and Advertising.
